Speaker, Speaker on Women's Rights, the Empowerment of Youth and Women, and on the Fight Against Gender-Based Violence.

Anne Léonne Désir BAPTILUS
Accountant and Economist from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts of France (CNAM), the School of Law and Economics of Gonaïves / State University of Haiti (UEH). Certified in Self-Leadership (AFPEC), Project Development and Management / Democratic Management of Associations / Advocacy Technique (CONHANE), Organizational Strengthening and Structuring (KORELA), Animation Technique and Management of Human, Financial and Material Resources (CISV). Nurse. Studied at Ecole Supérieure Jeanne Mance du Canada. Have had internships at Jude Anne Hospital, King's Hospital, SODEC International. Experience in HIV-AIDS Screening, Community Health, Albert Schweitzer Hospital (HAS).
Social worker, Advisor in women's and children's health, sanitation and community hygiene and epidemiological and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

Ramel Altidort, is the founder and Executive Director of the Groupe D'Accord Solidarité Action (GASA), Director General of the Ecole Professionnelle de Désarmes (EPD). Bachelor of Political Science, Certified in Management of Municipalities, Democratic Institutions and Political Regimes at the Higher Institute of Economic, Political and Legal Sciences (ISSEPJ), Port au Prince, Haiti. Former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS/UEH. Certified in Project Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston (UMB).
Professor of Modern Languages, Social Sciences. Speaker, Trainer, Educator in Leadership, Civic Engagement; Supervisor in Democracy and Local Development, in Social Inclusion and Empowerment of Youth and Women, Activist of the Pact of Social and Ecological Transition in Haiti, HMiste Activist for the Revolution of Ethics in Haiti, Defender of Human Rights, Women and Minors.

Facilitator of the Social and Ecological Transition. HMiste. Normalienne and Technician in agro-ecology & Agro-food transformation. Studied at the Center for Pedagogical Training Sacré-Cœur de Jésus des Verrettes (CFPSCJV) and at the Professional School of Désarmes (EPD). Certified in Education on sexuality, the Environment, Children's Rights and the role of the State, the Practice of teaching, Leadership and Psycholinguistics. Community leaders, leads Clubs, training sessions for young people and women.

Nicolas RESSOLIEN
Business Management at the Assisted Distance Learning Institute (IFDA-Canada) and Computer Science at the Computer Training Center (CFIN/BRIDES). Certified in Self-Leadership (AFPEC).
Experience: Manager of the Integrated Development Project of Désarmes (PDID), founder of the Reading and Continuing Education Center (CFLC) in Allaire and FIDEB (Foundation of Development Institutions and Civic Education from the Base). He is Facilitator and Supervisor of FIDEB organizations and Project Evaluators (COCDEC in Saint Michel de l'Attalaye, APAB, Bombadopolis, OGAD in Verrettes, FARHE in New York (conference in New York on local development and in Bainet. At HELVETAS- Swiss Intercoopération, OXFAM–Québec & Intermond, Implementation of CAEPA management structures and development of business plans for their sustainability of Drinking Water Supply Systems. JOCELYN LORISSAINT
Jocelyn is the founder of the Center for the Development of Artibonite (CEDA), Cooperative for the Development and Advancement of Agriculture of Lepinard (CODAAL). He holds degrees in Legal Sciences, Political Sciences from the School of Law and Economic Sciences of Gonaïves of the State University of Haiti and the Higher Institute of Economic, Political and Legal Sciences (ISSEPJ). Specialist in Disarmament, Demobilization, Reintegration and Security Sector Reform DDR/RSS.
He spent 6 years in the field of Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration of ex-combatants in West Africa (Côte d'Ivoire) with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (ONUCI) and 11 years through the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH).

Experiences: Administrator/Accountant of Youth Reintegration, Job Creation and Community Violence Reduction projects, United Nations via MINUSTAH/RVC; Accountant attached to the Agricultural Division of the project: Désarmes Professional School Sustainability Project (DPSSP), Mennonite Central Committee- Canada (MCC-C); Trainee Accountant at the REMODELING of Transformation CENTERS Project of RACPABA-OXFAM/America.
